BREAD ROAST

BREAD ROAST 

INGREDIENTS :
  • Bread
  • Milk-1tea cup
  • 3 Eggs 
  • Sugar - 2 tea spoons
  • Ghee (for roasting) 
Procedure :

  • First take eggs mix with sugar now add milk stir continuously without lumps.. 
  • Now take the pan and heat well add ghee on pan take the bread slices dip into mixed one and arrange on pan now add some ghee on upper layer and rotate it.. Roast all the bread slices like that... Serve it.. Tasty bread roasts ate ready
