Cabbage cuttlet
INGREDIENTS :
Cabbage - 750gms
Sujii rava roasted-1/3 (60gms)
Eggs-2
Onion-2
Mirchi-2
Coriander leaves-1/4 bunch
Crushed garlic-5pcs
Garam masala-1tea spoon
Salt
Procedure :
First cut the cabbage and boil 10 mins.. Now drain the cabbage put aside take the two onoins and cut it. Take a pan add chopped onions and roaste upto brownish colour. Now take bowl add drained cabbage, roasted onions, eggs, coriander leaves, crushed garlic, sujji rava roasted, salt, garam masala mix all the ingredients and leave it for 15mins....
Now take pan add some oil now make it round shape and dip into heated oil..... Do the process and serve it... Tasty cabbage cuttlet is ready
