INGREDIENTS :
Korralu-1glass
Water-3glasses
Carrot-2
Onion-1
Mirchi-3
Tomato-1
Pea nuts
Toor dal
Cummin seeds
Oil
Ginger small pieces
Procedure :
First soak korallu whole night... Take bowl and dip some oil now after heating add peanuts, toordal, cummins, ginger slices... Cook for 1min now add mirchi & onions cook for 2mins now add carrot.,tomato... Cook for 3 mins.. Now pour 3 glasses of water boil for 3-5mins.. Now add soaked korralu into it... Cook for 15mins.. And serve it. It is good for health also......
