MONGDAL RICE KICHIDI


Mongdal kichidi

Ingredients :
Mong dal-100gms
Rice-200gms
Onion-1 
Mirchi-3
Potato-1 
Carrot-3 
Ginger paste 
Gloves-3 
Cummin-1 
Bay leaves-2 
Ghee-1tea spoon
Salt
Tumeric powder

Procedure :
First roast the mong dal lightly then soak the mongdal & rice for 5mins 
 take a pan and pour some oil into it now add cummin, bayleaves, gloves after one min add mirchi, onion cook  it for 2 to 3mins add carrot, potato cook for 3mins add tomato and cook it for 2mins add salt and tumeric . Now add ginger paste cook it upto 5mins then soaked mongdal and rice into pan cook for 1min now add some reuqired qunatity of water for rice to cook add 1tea spoon ghee cook it for 10-15mins in normal flame... Now serve the dish and taste it.....
