MANGO HALWA

INGREDIENTS :
Mango slices-2(Big mangoes)
Corn flour-100gms
Sugar-50gms
Ghee

PROCEDURE :
First take the mango slices and paste in mixy jar.. Transfer into the pan and heat the mango pure in medium flame. Now add the corn flour and rotate it without lumps cook for some time dont burn it cook in medium flame. Now add the sugar and coom until it dissolves. Now add the ghee while cooking only repeatedly 3 times with 3-4 mins gap cook it for until it becomes dry. Now transfer into bowl and leave it for 2hrs.... 
After 2hrs mango halwa is ready..
